To create and manage discount tiers in Shopify, follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to your Shopify account and navigate to the Discounts section in the admin dashboard.

Step 2: Click on the "Create discount" button to start creating a new discount.

Step 3: Select the type of discount you want to create. For discount tiers, choose "Automatic discount."

Step 4: Provide a name for the discount and add a brief description to help you identify it later.

Step 5: Choose the start and end dates for the discount. You can set specific dates or make it ongoing until manually disabled.

Step 6: Under "Discount type," select "Percentage" or "Fixed amount" to determine how the discount will be calculated.

Step 7: In the "Applies to" section, you can specify whether the discount applies to the entire order, specific collections, or specific products.

Step 8: Scroll down to the "Discount conditions" section. Here, you can define the discount tiers. For example, if you want to offer 10% off for purchases over $50 and 20% off for purchases over $100, you would create two conditions.

Step 9: Click on the "Add condition" button to add multiple tiers. Set the minimum order amount and the discount percentage or fixed amount for each tier.

Step 10: Save the discount.

To manage existing discount tiers:

Step 1: Go to the "Discounts" section in the Shopify admin dashboard.

Step 2: Locate the discount you want to manage and click on it to view the details.

Step 3: Make any necessary changes to the discount name, description, dates, applicable products, or discount tiers.

Step 4: Save the changes.

Note: Keep in mind that Shopify's native discount system does not allow for complex discount tiers, such as offering different discounts for specific products or collections. For more advanced discount tier functionality, you may need to consider using a third-party app or consult Shopify's app store for available solutions.
