To verify your Shopify domain on Facebook, you will need to complete the following steps:

  1. Go to the Facebook Business Manager website and log in using your Facebook account credentials.
  2. Navigate to the Business Settings page.
  3. In the Business Settings, click on the "Brand Safety" tab, and then select "Domains" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click on the blue "Add" button to add a new domain.
  5. Enter your Shopify domain (e.g., www.yourshopifydomain.com) in the provided field and click "Add Domain."
  6. Facebook will prompt you to verify your domain ownership. Select the recommended method, which is usually the DNS verification method.
  7. In a separate browser tab or window, log in to your Shopify account.
  8. Go to the Online Store tab and click on "Domains."
  9. Locate the domain you want to verify and click on "Manage."
  10. Under "Manage DNS settings," click on "Edit DNS."
  11. In the "DNS Records" section, add a new TXT record with the following details: Hostname: Leave it blank or enter @ TXT Value: Copy the provided TXT value from your Facebook Business Manager and paste it here. TTL (Time to Live): Leave it as the default value.
  12. Save the changes and return to the Facebook Business Manager tab.
  13. Click on the "Verify" button next to your domain in the Domains list.
  14. Facebook will now attempt to verify your DNS record. Once successfully verified, your Shopify domain will be marked as verified in Facebook Business Manager.

Note: DNS record changes can take up to 72 hours to propagate across the internet, so it may take some time for the verification process to complete.
