The owner of Bitcoin cannot be pinpointed to a specific location as Bitcoin operates on a decentralized network. Bitcoin transactions are recorded on a public ledger known as the blockchain, but the actual ownership of Bitcoin is represented by cryptographic keys held by users. The location of these users can be anywhere in the world.
